Cancellation & Refunds Policy

All services are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed and paid for.

Scope

This Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to all services and products booked or purchased through www.pranaindia.com ("Site"), operated by Margdarshan Wellness LLP (GSTIN: 29ACDFM2644R1ZK).

Service Bookings

Custom Quotes

All services (astrology, Vastu, numerology, puja consultations, etc.) are quoted dynamically over call or WhatsApp.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after you approve the quote and complete payment via QR code, bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile wallet, or Razorpay checkout.

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our offerings—where pandits and astrologers reserve time exclusively for you—once a service is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is received and services are scheduled, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Modifications & Rescheduling

At Our Discretion

Should we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., panditji's health, public holidays), we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and offer an alternative slot.

By You

As per Section 3, you cannot cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a transaction was processed in error, please contact us immediately at bookings@pujahoma.com. We investigate all disputes promptly; however, our "No Refunds" policy remains in force.
